Season Passes

Must purchase the Season Pass from the Typhoon Texas Houston website. Pass must be processed and redeemed at Typhoon Texas Houston prior to entrance at the Austin location. Perks are non-transferable between locations. Perks can only be redeemed at the Houston location. 15% discount on food, non-alcoholic drinks, and retail are redeemable at both locations. Tickets

Howdy! This ticket is good for admission for the valid date(s) stated on the ticket front. Operation days & hours are subject to change without notice. Ticket may not be used with any other offer. Ticket is not valid for food, merchandise, games, rentals, special attractions or special events not stated on the ticket front. Ticket holder grants permission to Typhoon Texas Waterpark to use his or her photo and video images taken at the park to be used for advertising purposes without payment to holder. Tickets are not transferable and are not for resale.

Ticket holder assumes risk for personal injury and loss of property. Ticket may be revoked and ticket holder ejected from park at discretion of management without refund for failure to abide by park rules. No refunds or exchanges. Birthdays

All birthday party packages must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable; however, parties may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. The package includes 10 general admission tickets valid for both adults and children, and all guests entering the park, including parents, must have a valid ticket. Additional tickets may be purchased in advance or on the day of the event. Guests with Season Passes may use them for entry, but a maximum of 15 individuals is permitted in the reserved party area. Reserved party space is provided for two hours during the scheduled time slot, while park access is available for the full operating day. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of a birthday cake for booked parties; cakes will be stored indoors but not refrigerated, and ice cream cakes are not allowed. Decorations and balloons are permitted in moderation within the designated area; however, piñatas, confetti, banners and streamers are prohibited. Tickets will be delivered via email upon booking confirmation. All parties are subject to park policies, including weather-related conditions, and may be rescheduled within the stated timeframe. Add-ons available exclusively to Birthday Party Package purchasers. Gratuity included.

Cabanas

Cabana and Shade Lounger rentals are available for a maximum of eight (8) and two (2) guests respectively and do not include park admission, which must be purchased separately. VIP Cabana rentals are available for a maximum of sixteen (16) guests respectively and do not include park admission, which can be purchases separately. Food and beverage service is available exclusively for Cabana rentals. All guests must present a valid email or printed confirmation at check-in, which takes place at the Cabana Rentals Kiosk at the park. Season Pass holders are eligible for a 15% discount on Standard Cabanas Monday through Thursday; this discount must be requested at the time of check-in and cannot be applied retroactively. Cabanas are non-refundable under all circumstances. In the event of inclement weather, the park may temporarily suspend attractions for safety; if closures exceed one (1) consecutive hour or the park closes early, a one-time complimentary reschedule may be offered. Rescheduling is no longer available once attractions resume operation or after 3:00 PM on the day of your reservation. To process a reschedule, guests must visit the Cabana Rentals Kiosk located inside the park. For additional assistance, guests may contact the Cabana Support Team via email or phone, with typical response times within one business day. Cabana discounts valid Monday–Thursday only, excluding holidays and weekends.
