Ticket holder grants permission to Typhoon Texas Waterpark to use his or her photo and video images taken at the park to be used for advertising purposes without payment to holder. Tickets are not transferable and are not for resale.

Ticket holder assumes risk for personal injury and loss of property. Ticket may be revoked and ticket holder ejected from park at discretion of management without refund for failure to abide by park rules. No refunds or exchanges. Season Pass

Must purchase the Season Pass from the Typhoon Texas Austin website. Pass must be processed and redeemed at Typhoon Texas Austin prior to entrance at the Houston location. Perks are non-transferable between locations. Perks can only be redeemed at the Austin location. 15% discount on food, non-alcoholic drinks, and retail are redeemable at both locations. Not redeemable with any other offer. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Typhoon Texas management without prior notice. Birthdays

All birthday party packages must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable; however, parties may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. The package includes 10 general admission tickets valid for both adults and children, and all guests entering the park, including parents and guardians, must have a valid ticket. Additional tickets may be purchased in advance or on the day of the event. Guests with Season Passes may use them for entry, but a maximum of 15 individuals is permitted in the reserved party area. Reserved party space is provided for two hours during the scheduled time slot at the designated location, while park access is available for the full operating day. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of a birthday cake for booked parties; cakes will not be stored, and coolers are not allowed. Decorations and balloons are permitted in moderation within the designated area; however, goody bags, streamers, banners, piñatas, and confetti are prohibited. Tickets will be delivered via email upon booking confirmation. All parties are subject to park policies, including weather-related conditions, and may be rescheduled within the stated timeframe. Add-ons available exclusively to Birthday Party Package purchasers. Gratuity included.

Cabanas

Cabana rentals seat six (6) guest and can accommodate up to eight (8) guests max. Guest occupancy over this max capacity will result in an 18% gratuity to accommodate this large party. Cabana rentals do not include park admission, which must be purchased separately. Food and beverage service is available for Cabanas. All guests are required to present a valid photo ID that matches the form of payment at check-in. Check-in takes place outside the front of the park at Window 1; after check-in, guests may proceed through bag check and enter the park if admission tickets have already been purchased. Guests should then wait at their assigned pillar for a server escort or proceed independently using the provided cabana map. Cabana discounts are valid Monday through Thursday only and exclude holidays and weekends.

Cabanas are non-refundable under all circumstances. In the event of inclement weather, the park may temporarily suspend attractions for safety due to heavy rain, electrical storms, or other severe conditions. A one-time complimentary reschedule may be offered if attractions are closed for more than one (1) consecutive hour or if the park closes early. Rescheduling is no longer available once attractions resume operation or after 3:00 PM on the day of the reservation. To request a reschedule, guests must visit the Admissions area located by the entrance doors.
